2008 Spend a full day by the beach as you participate in the seminar that gives you clearly defined strategies for a great enrollment month in January and beyond. Learn new ways to be the best and get the best from your team using our exclusive "stop selling start living" techniques. If you want to have the best enrollment month ever, don't miss this seminar. This seminar is available to college, school, or university individuals or groups, with a maximum of 20 participants. It includes three 2-hour sessions. Managers learn proven coaching techniques, how to get the best outcome from each team member, and how to get applicants to start and stay. Each participant will develop a specific plan of action to implement upon returning to work that includes daily and weekly goals. A copy of the plan will be provided for each participant's supervisor. In addition, each participant will receive an individual, 30 minute follow up call with the instructor during the first two weeks after the seminar to discuss the effectiveness of their implementation, any challenges that are occurring, and coaching ideas for additional support.
